Trinity Church, Boston

Grandeur of Trinity Church with a backdrop of Boston's high rise modern buildings caught my eye as I roamed the Copley Square.

As per Wikipedia the style of the church, built in 1877, was later adopted for a number of public buildings across the United States, and it was the first American architectural style imitated in Europe and Canada. The Trinity Church is the only church in the US and the only building in Boston that has been honoured as one of the "Ten Most Significant Buildings in the United States" by the American Institute of Architects (AIA). It is the only building from the original 1885 list which is still included in the AIA's current top ten list.
