The Old Capitol Building of Washington State was built in 1890–1892 as County Courthouse. It served as the state capitol, seat of the legislature of Washington State from 1905–1928 and now houses the office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) (More info: OSPI Web Page)
