The Golden Hill Cascade or the Marly Cascade fountain at Peterhof are part of beautification of the area near Peterhof Palace. These fountains were originally built in 1732 and renovated in 1870 when the lead cast statues were replaced with marble statues. The risers have been lined with gilded copper hence the name Golden Hill Cascade.
