The National Congress Building in Brasília is one of the landmarks buildings designed by Oscar Niemeyer in the modern Brazilian style. The varied colours in this painting represent the diverse nature of the elected persons in the seats of power Word wide, call these by any name; Congress, Senate, Assembly, Parliament, Council etc. etc.
